  Whomever I spoke to on the phone had a very large attitude with me over something that wasn't my fault. He kept talking over me and belittling me. I wouldn't allow this guy to handle my mail let alone to handle any aftercare of my pet. Such a disrespectful human being.

  The care package you get with their VERY AFFORDABLE service is just wonderfull and definitly does not stop short of memorializing your pet. Not only do you get a beautiful picture ern, but you recieve your pets paw print in a plaster marking inside of a shaddow box, your pets picture on rainbow paper about the Rainbow Bridge for pets, furr clippings (if possible), a cremation certificate, and your pets special place on his web page. Adding to their wonderful care package, he personally picks up your beloved pet at your home, or at your vets office. Then he personally delivers your pet back home to you. Babs was with us for 15 years, she was not only our pet, she was a member of our family. Loosing her and making the decision to help her be at peace was one of the hardest things I have ever had to go through. Though nothing can help you get over the loss, Pat does EVERYTHING he can to help you cope with the loss.

  Very disappointed and a one star rating is still too much. Three phone calls and a week overdue our dog Shadow remains were delivered in an envelope in place of a box type urn. A box is promised to be supplied this weekend, but I will not be holding my breath! Despite web ad the Haine School Road, Cranberry, PA address is no longer a viable address as operation moved
