  Please don't EVER EVER use this funeral home! In making plans with our funeral director...we were promised that we could stay as long as we would like. Also, they promised to assist in making lunch arrangements. When we called back to discuss arrangements. We were yelled at and were told "Make your own arrangements!!!!!" During the funeral viewing, our family and friends were yelled at and told to "GET IN LINE!!" Also, when we asked to see if the air conditioning could be turned up, we were yelled at "ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!" We were given the smallest most uncomfortable room...Also, one of our guests were told at 9:10pm "WE CLOSE AT 9!!!" by Mark Devlin. He got in our family's face waiving his finger yelling! AT A FUNERAL!! He was so rude and thinks that he is Mister Big Shot when his grandfather just handed him the business...Well that explains his horrible demeanor with mourning people. He told us that we had to get out!! That he had to pay people and that they had to clean up! What a few Kleenexs?? Seriously? That is what a business is....you are there for a customer! Especially at a funeral! Come on, I can't believe that his ego is so big that he makes himself feel better by yelling at people that have just lost their loved one! I also think that at one point he locked the doors, so that no one else can come in!! Wow, how is a family supposed to know how many people are going to show up! So, please please do not use this place...on Perry Highway OR in Cranberry! Please! Unless you want to be treated like a piece of crap! I would never work with these disgusting people again!
